Product Overview:
The DKC02.3-040-7-FW is a booksize digital servo controller in the Bosch Rexroth Indramat EcoDrive family. It supplies regulated PWM power to MKD, MDD, MHD and compatible AC servo motors, supports torque, speed and position control, and communicates through SERCOS, analog or digital interface options depending on the fitted firmware and option card.

Working Principle:
Mains power is rectified to a 700 V DC bus. The IGBT bridge generates PWM motor voltage under current, speed and position control loops. Resolver or encoder feedback is processed each cycle. Motion commands are received from SERCOS, analog voltage or digital I/O to regulate torque, velocity and position.
Installation Requirements:
Mount vertically in a grounded control cabinet. Keep top clearance 150 mm and bottom clearance 80 mm for blower cooling. Connect 3-phase mains, 24 V control supply, motor output, feedback cable and communication ports according to the nameplate option. Bond the drive chassis to cabinet ground.
Application Scenarios:
Packaging machines, material handling systems, CNC machine tools, printing presses, robotics and multi-axis automation cells.
Usage Precautions:
Verify firmware version and interface option against motor type before energizing. Do not operate above 45 C without derating. Keep the cabinet free of conductive dust and moisture. Replace only with identical soft-start resistor and capacitor specifications. Discharge the DC bus before service.
