Working Principle

Three-phase industrial AC mains input rectified to DC bus voltage by internal diode rectifier circuit, IGBT inverter bridge converts DC bus voltage to variable frequency three-phase AC power driving servo motor. EnDat absolute encoder feeds real-time rotor position signal back to drive control chip, triple closed-loop control algorithm adjusts output voltage/frequency to execute PLC or internal firmware motion commands. Fieldbus interface transmits target position/velocity setpoints and uploads real-time motor status data.

Installation Requirements
