Functional Features:
Analog torque, speed and position command input, digital I/O, standalone positioning blocks, resolver or encoder evaluation, software limit switches, automatic motor parameter matching, drive diagnostics.
Structure And Materials:
Metal booksize housing, IGBT power module, DC bus capacitor bank, control processor board, analog and digital terminal strips, blower, serial service port, motor output terminals, encoder or resolver connector.
Working Principle:
Three-phase mains is rectified to a 700 V DC bus. The control board calculates current, speed and position errors from analog command and feedback signals. The IGBT bridge produces PWM voltage to the servo motor. Stored positioning blocks execute programmed moves without an external motion controller.
Installation Requirements:
Mount vertically in a grounded cabinet with blower clearance. Connect 3-phase power, 24 V control, motor cables, feedback cable, analog command wiring and digital I/O. Verify encoder or resolver type through the interface module. Bond ground to cabinet.
Application Scenarios:
Packaging machinery, assembly systems, printing machines, handling equipment, CNC retrofits and general servo axes.
Usage Precautions:
Match firmware to motor and feedback type. Do not exceed 40 C rated ambient without derating. Keep the blower filter and airflow path clean. Confirm braking resistor and bleeder settings before load tests. Avoid moisture, oil mist and corrosive atmosphere.
