Product Short Description
Product Name: 4/3-Way Solenoid Directional Valve (NG6)
Product Introduction: A wet-pin DC solenoid directional valve of NG6 (6 mm) size, conforming to ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3). The “E” spool means all ports (P, T, A, B) are closed in the center position. With two solenoids for spring-centered return.

Connectors: DIN 43650 standard plug with rectifier bridge, LED indicator, surge protection
Working Principle:
When the solenoid is energized, the electromagnetic force pushes the spool against the return spring, connecting P→A and B→T (or vice versa depending on which solenoid is energized). When de-energized, springs return the spool to the center position where all ports are blocked.
Functional Features:
-
Wet-pin solenoid design allows coil replacement under pressure, provides better heat dissipation and longer life
-
Spring-centered for fail-safe return
-
Manual emergency override
-
LED status indication
Application Scenarios: Machine tools, injection molding machines, metallurgical equipment, press controls, and general industrial hydraulic systems requiring directional control of actuators.
Installation & Usage Notes:
-
Each coil must be individually protected by a suitable fuse with characteristic K (inductive load)
-
Valve must be mounted on a surface included in the equipotential bonding
-
Ensure the pressure chamber is filled with hydraulic oil before energizing the coil
-
Contamination level must comply with ISO 4406 class 20/18/15
-
Maximum switching frequency must be respected to avoid thermal overload
