Product Short Description

Product Name: 4/3-Way Solenoid Directional Valve (NG6)
Product Introduction: A wet-pin DC solenoid directional valve of NG6 (6 mm) size, conforming to ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3). The “E” spool means all ports (P, T, A, B) are closed in the center position. With two solenoids for spring-centered return.

Description

Technical Specifications:
Hydraulic Parameters:
  • Mounting Pattern: ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 (CETOP 3)
  • Max. Pressure P/A/B: 315 bar (350 bar peak)
  • Max. Back Pressure T: 210 bar
  • Max. Flow: 80 L/min (DC)
  • Internal Leakage: <0.3 L/min @ 315 bar
  • Fluid: HL, HLP, HVLP hydraulic oils
  • Viscosity Range: 10–500 mm²/s
  • Oil Temperature: -20 to +70°C
  • Weight: 3.9 kg (1 solenoid) / 4.7 kg (2 solenoids)
Electrical Parameters:
  • Voltage: DC 24V ±10%
  • Coil Power: ~25–38 W, 100% ED (continuous duty)
  • Protection: IP65 (with correctly installed connector)
  • Response Time: Engage 25–40 ms, Release 20–35 ms
  • Switching Frequency: Up to 15,000 1/h
Mechanical & Installation:
  • Mounting: Subplate mounting, 4 × M5 bolts, torque 6 Nm
  • Ambient Temperature: -20 to +50°C
  • Coil Surface Temperature: Max. 120°C
  • Insulation Class: VDE 0580 F
  • Connectors: DIN 43650 standard plug with rectifier bridge, LED indicator, surge protection
Working Principle:
When the solenoid is energized, the electromagnetic force pushes the spool against the return spring, connecting P→A and B→T (or vice versa depending on which solenoid is energized). When de-energized, springs return the spool to the center position where all ports are blocked.
Functional Features:
  • Wet-pin solenoid design allows coil replacement under pressure, provides better heat dissipation and longer life
  • Spring-centered for fail-safe return
  • Manual emergency override
  • LED status indication
Application Scenarios: Machine tools, injection molding machines, metallurgical equipment, press controls, and general industrial hydraulic systems requiring directional control of actuators.
Installation & Usage Notes:
  • Each coil must be individually protected by a suitable fuse with characteristic K (inductive load)
  • Valve must be mounted on a surface included in the equipotential bonding
  • Ensure the pressure chamber is filled with hydraulic oil before energizing the coil
  • Contamination level must comply with ISO 4406 class 20/18/15
  • Maximum switching frequency must be respected to avoid thermal overload
