Working Principle

Three-phase AC industrial power rectified into stable DC bus voltage, high-current IGBT inverter converts DC bus to variable frequency variable amplitude three-phase AC driving heavy-duty servo motor. Sinusoidal incremental encoder transmits high-resolution rotor position feedback signal to drive control chip, auto-tuned triple closed-loop algorithm adjusts motor output torque, speed and position according to fieldbus motion commands. MGP multi-protocol communication module processes real-time data exchange between drive and upper master motion controller, internal 01VRS firmware executes pre-defined motion sequence logic without external PLC auxiliary program.
