Working Principle

  1. Master motor encoder speed feedback signal transmitted to WR-D4007 module as master reference speed source.
  2. Module internal DSP calculates target follower motor speed via preset electronic gear ratio, compare target speed with each follower drive encoder feedback signal to generate speed deviation.
  3. Speed deviation signal converted to ±10V analog torque/speed command output to each RELIANCE servo drive unit to realize multi-motor synchronous tracking.
  4. Tension sensor analog signal input forms secondary closed-loop correction to eliminate web thickness unevenness caused tension fluctuation; diagnosis circuit continuously monitors all feedback and power signals, trigger drive lockout and fault output once abnormal detected.

Installation Requirements

  3. Power supply wiring add 2A slow-blow fuse at input terminal to prevent module short-circuit fire hazard

  5. Terminal screw tightening torque controlled at 0.9–1.3 N·m to avoid loose terminal heating

Operation & Maintenance Precautions

  1. Cut off 220VAC main power before module disassembly or wiring modification
  2. Do not mix analog signal wiring with frequency converter power wiring in the same cable trunking
  3. Clean PCB surface dust accumulation with dry compressed air every 4 months; dust short-circuit easily causes communication failure
  4. If multi-motor synchronous deviation increases, check encoder cable shielding integrity and terminal tightness first
  5. Ambient temperature above 60°C will trigger automatic speed limiting protection; add cabinet cooling fan for high-temperature workshop
  6. Long-term shutdown storage requires sealed packaging with desiccant to prevent PCB conformal coating damp peeling
