Working Principle
Thermocouple weak millivolt temperature signals enter channel isolation circuits, undergo multi-stage low-noise filtering, and convert to digital temperature values via 16-bit ADC chips. Internal digital cold junction sensor automatically compensates cold end temperature drift, corrected temperature data transmits to rack main controller through ACN backplane bus. Hardware circuits continuously detect open-circuit state of thermocouple compensation wires and trigger front panel alarm indicators upon wire breakage.

Installation Requirements

- Thermocouple field wiring must use dedicated thermocouple compensation shielded cable
- Cabinet PE grounding resistance ≤ 4 Ω to suppress external temperature signal interference
- Stabilize rack backplane 24 VDC power before hot-swapping modules
- Keep cabinet internal temperature below 55 °C during continuous operation
Operation & Maintenance Precautions
- ESD anti-static protection mandatory during module disassembly and wiring
