Working Principle
Three-phase 200 V AC variable frequency pulse-width modulation power output from matched Σ-II servo drive enters motor stator winding, generating rotating magnetic field. Permanent magnet rotor follows magnetic field rotation, encoder feeds real-time rotor position and speed signal back to servo drive closed-loop control unit; drive adjusts output voltage frequency and current dynamically according to position deviation signal to realize precise speed, torque and position three-loop closed-loop motion control.
