- Communication: EtherCAT (100 Mbps)
- Control Mode: Position, velocity, torque
Functional Features:
- Auto-tuning: Built-in motor parameter auto-identification
- Electronic gear ratio: Up to 1/10000
- Safety function: STO (Safe Torque Off) per IEC 61800-5-2
- Regenerative resistor: Built-in (no external brake resistor required for this rating)
Performance Parameters:
- Positioning accuracy: ±1 pulse (with encoder feedback)
- Velocity response: 1.5 kHz
- Input pulse frequency: Up to 4 Mpps (megapulses per second)
- Operating temperature: 0°C to +45°C (derate above 40°C)
- Dimensions: 98 mm × 140 mm × 200 mm (W × H × D)
Material Composition: Aluminum die-cast heat sink, FR-4 PCB, IGBT power modules (6th generation)
Structural Features: Wall-mount or panel-mount with DIN rail adapter; 3-phase motor output terminals (U, V, W); encoder connector (CN2); EtherCAT port (RJ-45); LED status indicators on front panel
Working Principle: The drive receives a position command via EtherCAT or pulse input. The internal servo loop compares the command with encoder feedback, drives the IGBT inverter to control the servo motor current, and achieves closed-loop position/velocity/torque control.
Advantages:
- Single-phase 200 V input eliminates need for 3-phase power in small machines
- EtherCAT enables high-speed distributed motion control
- Compact size for panel integration
Applicable Industries: Semiconductor equipment, PCB handlers, small robots, laser markers, medical devices
Installation Requirements:
- Mount vertically with adequate clearance (50 mm above, 20 mm below)
- Use shielded twisted-pair cable for encoder (maximum 50 m)
- Ground the drive chassis to PE terminal
Usage Notes:
- Perform auto-tuning with motor connected before first operation
- Do not disconnect encoder cable while power is on
- Set EtherCAT station address via software (SGD7WIN) before network integration
