Working Principle
Three-phase AC mains input passes through built-in C3 RFI filter and rectifier bridge to convert alternating current into stable DC voltage stored in DC-link film capacitors; IGBT power module converts DC voltage into adjustable frequency and adjustable voltage three-phase AC output to drive asynchronous motor; internal DSP main processor executes Vectrue vector control algorithm, collects motor current feedback signals to calculate real-time torque and flux, dynamically adjusts output voltage and frequency to realize precise speed and torque regulation; built-in STO safety circuit directly cuts off IGBT drive signals upon emergency stop trigger to eliminate motor torque output; dynamic braking circuit consumes motor regenerative energy via braking resistor during rapid deceleration to avoid DC overvoltage fault.

Installation Requirements
- Vertical installation only, mounting inclination angle cannot exceed 10°, horizontal installation strictly prohibited
- Maintain ≥ 150mm vertical heat dissipation gap above and below the drive, ≥ 50mm horizontal gap between adjacent drives
- Input power cable uses shielded copper cable, motor output cable must be shielded cable with shielding layer double-ended grounding
- Install external braking resistor when braking duty cycle exceeds 10% continuous operation
- Cabinet cooling fan required when multiple drives are installed in single cabinet to control internal temperature below 50°C
Usage Precautions
- Do not operate drive without connecting motor load, no-load operation may damage output IGBT module
- STO safety circuit wiring must use dedicated safety cable, no shared wiring with ordinary control signals
- Clean heat sink dust filter screen every 3 months for dusty industrial workshop environments
- Avoid frequent repeated start-stop operation exceeding 20 times per minute to prevent overheating power module
- Cut off input AC power supply and wait minimum 10 minutes for DC-link capacitor discharge before opening drive housing maintenance
