Working Principle

Precision RMS conversion chips calculate true root-mean-square vibration velocity values, which are sent to the front-panel LED digital display for real-time visual output. Two independent comparison circuits continuously evaluate measured values against user-adjustable threshold levels. If readings exceed threshold for longer than configured delay time, the corresponding relay contact switches state to activate warning lights, buzzers or equipment shutdown interlock circuits.
