Product Introduction
The TRICONEX 9561-810 is a high-reliability analog input module designed for the Triconex Tricon Safety Instrumented System (SIS). It acquires analog signals from field transmitters, thermocouples, and RTDs and feeds them into the triple modular redundant (TMR) architecture. The module performs signal conditioning, 16-bit analog-to-digital conversion, and continuous diagnostics to support SIL 3 safety loops.

Working Principle
The module receives analog field signals, conditions them per channel with isolation, converts to digital via 16-bit ADC, and transmits to each of the three TMR control channels. The Tricon controller executes 2-out-of-3 voting on the acquired values to eliminate single-point faults.
