Working Principle
Digital input channels receive 24 VDC sensor switch signals; built-in 5 ms RC hardware filter eliminates signal glitch interference; optocoupler isolates field 24 VDC signal and internal DIAS bus 5 VDC logic circuit. Upper DIAS main controller transmits digital output switching commands via backplane bus; internal logic chip drives MOSFET output circuits to switch external 24 VDC actuator loads. Each output channel integrates current sampling circuit to detect short-circuit faults and instantly cut off drive current, automatically recover after load short-circuit removal.
