- Microprocessor-controlled 3-stage charging
- Automatic voltage detection (6V/12V)
- Reverse polarity protection (fuse + electronic)
- Spark-proof clamps prevent ignition near batteries
- Desulfation mode for recovering sulfated batteries
- Temperature compensation sensor included
Material Composition:
- Housing: ABS plastic – impact resistant
- Clamps: Copper alloy, rubber-insulated
- Cables: 14 AWG, silicone-insulated
- PCB: FR-4, conformally coated
- Transformer: Copper windings, laminated silicon steel core
Structural Features:
- Built-in carrying handle
- Wall-mountable (keyhole slot on back)
- LED indicators: Power, Charging, Fully Charged, Fault
- Clamps attach to battery terminals (red = positive, black = negative)
Working Principle:
AC input → transformer steps down → rectifier converts to DC → microprocessor controls charging algorithm. Stage 1 (Bulk): constant current until voltage rises. Stage 2 (Absorption): constant voltage, current tapers. Stage 3 (Float): low voltage trickle to maintain charge.
Advantages:
- 15 A output charges large batteries quickly
- Desulfation extends battery life
- Fully automatic – connect and forget
- Spark-proof for safe use near batteries
Applicable Industries:
- Automotive (garages, dealerships)
- Marine (boat battery maintenance)
- RV / recreational vehicle
- Fleet vehicle maintenance
- Backup power systems
Installation Requirements:
- Place on flat, dry surface or wall-mount
- Ensure adequate ventilation (min 6″ clearance on all sides)
- Connect to 120 V AC, 60 Hz outlet (15 A circuit)
Usage Notes:
- Always connect RED clamp to positive (+) terminal first
- Do not charge frozen batteries (wait until above 32°F / 0°C)
- Do not use with lithium-ion batteries
- Clean battery terminals before charging for best results
