Functional Features
Circuit manual on/off; short-circuit protection; overload protection; circuit isolation protection; fault trip indication.
Performance Parameters
- Trip Characteristic: Standard inverse time limit trip curve
- Mechanical Life: Long mechanical operation life
- Electrical Life: Meet industrial frequent switching requirements
Material Composition
Outer shell: High-strength flame-retardant thermosetting plastic; Contact part: Silver alloy; Arc extinguishing chamber: Metal arc extinguishing grid; Operating mechanism: High-strength steel parts.
Structural Characteristics
Standard modular power distribution structure; front operation handle; built-in arc extinguishing system; integrated protection and operating mechanism.
Working Principle
When the circuit has overload or short-circuit fault, the internal thermal element and electromagnetic element act respectively, drive the operating mechanism to trip, cut off the power supply, and realize circuit protection; manual handle realizes normal circuit switching.
Advantage Highlights
High breaking performance; reliable protection action; flame retardant and anti-aging; standard modular design, easy for power distribution cabinet assembly.
Applicable Industries
Industrial power distribution, factory electrical systems, commercial power distribution, mechanical equipment power supply.
Model Series
Schneider NHM 416 Series Molded Case Circuit Breaker
Installation Requirements
- Install on standard power distribution guide rail or fixed bracket;
- Wiring according to incoming and outgoing line specifications, ensure firm terminal connection;
- Install in dry indoor power distribution cabinet;
- Maintain a safe distance between adjacent electrical components.
Usage Notes
- Do not use non-professional tools to disassemble internal mechanism;
- Regularly check terminal temperature and connection tightness under load;
- After fault tripping, check circuit fault before re-closing;
- Prohibit modifying internal protection parameters without authorization.
