Function Features
- Integrated pre-wired S-Bus backplane bus strip inside rack housing; after inserting CPU and I/O expansion modules into rack slots, internal backplane automatically completes S-Bus bus connection between all modules without manual bus cable wiring between individual modules, reducing field wiring construction workload and wiring fault probability
- Built-in centralized 24 V DC power distribution terminal bar inside rack housing; single main 24 V DC power supply input wiring to rack power terminal bar distributes stable operating power to all modules installed in rack slots, eliminating separate independent power supply wiring for each individual PLC module
- 4 independent module installation slots with dedicated anti-vibration locking buckle structure for each slot; each inserted PLC module can be individually locked into rack slot or unlocked for independent hot-swap replacement operation without removing other adjacent modules installed inside rack housing
- Detachable multi-group spring cage wiring terminal blocks integrated on rack front panel; separate dedicated terminal blocks allocated for rack main power supply input wiring, field digital/analog I/O signal wiring of all installed modules, terminal blocks support pre-wiring off-cabinet before installing rack unit into electrical cabinet to accelerate construction progress
- Integrated internal rack overcurrent short-circuit protection circuit on power distribution terminal bar; when total combined power consumption of installed modules exceeds rack maximum 30 W load capacity or internal short-circuit fault occurs, built-in self-resetting thermal fuse automatically cuts off rack internal power distribution circuit to protect all installed PLC modules from overvoltage overcurrent damage
