Product Introduction

Working Principle
The converter receives three-phase AC, creates a DC intermediate circuit and generates PWM motor voltage through IGBTs. Encoder feedback and Ethernet setpoints are processed by the BASIC control section to regulate torque, speed and position. STO removes torque-on command when safety conditions are violated.
Installation Requirements
Mount inside IP20-rated control cabinet with vertical orientation and airflow clearance. Connect protective earth first. Use correctly sized mains/ motor cables with shielding. Provide 24 V DC control supply separate from mains where required. Configure MultiEthernet, encoder type and STO before operation.
Usage Precautions
Do not exceed peak/continuous current derating for ambient temperature and cooling. Match firmware, motor data and encoder type before startup. STO wiring must comply with machinery safety standards. Only qualified drive technicians may service power electronics.
