Working Principle

After power-on, the board initializes internal programs and parameters. It collects external speed commands, feedback signals and status signals in real time, completes algorithm operation and logic judgment through the main control chip, and outputs PWM and logic control signals to the power drive unit. Meanwhile, it monitors the operating status of the whole drive system, judges fault types and outputs alarm signals when abnormal conditions appear, and stores fault information locally.
