Structural Features
Electromagnetic drive structure, moving and static contact assembly, arc extinguishing cover, integrated coil assembly, modular terminal structure, plastic insulating base.
Functional Characteristics
Control switch on and off of AC motor and other electrical loads; realize remote control and local control of circuit, with arc extinguishing and circuit breaking functions.
Working Principle
After the coil is electrified, electromagnetic force pulls the armature to act, drive the moving contact to close with static contact, and switch on the main circuit; after the coil is powered off, the spring resets the contact to disconnect the main circuit.
Material Composition
Base and shell: Flame-retardant thermosetting plastic; Contact: Silver alloy contact sheet; Electromagnetic system: Silicon steel sheet iron core + copper coil; Arc extinguishing part: Arc extinguishing grid made of high temperature resistant material.
Advantages & Highlights
Strong arc extinguishing ability, stable contact conduction, long mechanical and electrical service life, low coil power consumption, compact structure, strong anti-vibration performance, safe and reliable operation.
Applicable Industries
Motor control circuit, industrial distribution cabinet, mechanical equipment control, water pump and fan control, light industrial production line, power distribution system.
Installation Requirements
- Install on standard 35 mm DIN rail vertically.
- Keep the arc extinguishing cover intact, no blockage around the vent.
- Wiring is firm, wire specification matches rated current.
- Install in dry and ventilated control cabinet.
Usage Notes
- Do not use beyond rated current and rated voltage.
- Regularly check contact ablation and terminal heating.
- Keep the contact surface clean, remove conductive dust in time.
- Avoid frequent over-current switching operation.
