  • Automated production line logic control

Structural Characteristics

  • Compact C Series form factor
  • Screw terminal interface for reliable field wiring
  • Solid-state construction with no mechanical wear parts
  • Conformal coating for environmental protection
  • Channel status indicators for visual diagnostics

Working Principle

When a logic high signal is received from the control system, the internal SSR drive circuit activates the optocoupler, which triggers the power semiconductor switch to conduct current to the load. When the control signal is low, the semiconductor switch turns off, interrupting load current. The optical isolation provides electrical separation between control and load circuits.

Installation Requirements

  • Install in any C Series chassis slot
  • Use 0.05 mm² to 1.5 mm² (30 AWG to 14 AWG) copper wire
  • Strip 6 mm of insulation from wire ends before termination
  • Torque screw terminals to 0.22–0.25 N·m
  • Ensure load voltage and current are within module ratings

Usage Notes

  • Do not switch loads exceeding the maximum voltage and current ratings
  • Ensure proper heat dissipation when operating multiple channels at full current
  • Use surge suppression for inductive loads
  • Do not connect the module to mains voltage circuits
  • Verify output polarity before connecting DC loads
