Working Principle

Installation Requirements

  1. Route cable separate from high-voltage power cables; maintain minimum 30 cm separation distance
  2. Ground cable drain wire at monitoring rack end only to prevent ground loop voltage offset
  3. Secure cable routing with plastic cable clamps; avoid sharp metal edge contact cutting outer jacket
  4. Limit single cable straight run maximum length to 100 m without signal repeater modules

Operation Precautions

  1. Do not sharply bend cable below minimum bend radius of 8 x cable outer diameter
  2. Prevent continuous heavy mechanical load or crushing force applied to cable sheath
  3. Replace assembly immediately if PUR jacket shows cuts, abrasion or chemical swelling damage
  4. Avoid routing near welding equipment generating high transient electrical noise
