Function & Performance Features
- High torque density compact structure, small volume but stable output torque at low speed
- Z37 multi-turn absolute encoder, no zero return required after power failure, save equipment reset time
- Ultra-low torque ripple, suitable for high-precision constant speed conveying and positioning
- Built-in temperature sensor, real-time overheat protection feedback to servo driver
- Wide speed regulation range 0–3000 rpm, stable operation under micro-low speed working condition
- Strong anti-vibration mechanical structure, adapt to high-frequency reciprocating motion equipment
Working Principle
- Permanent magnet rotor generates fixed magnetic field inside motor stator
- Servo driver outputs three-phase alternating current to stator winding to form rotating magnetic field
- Rotor magnetic field interacts with stator rotating magnetic field to output precise torque and rotation speed
- Z37 absolute encoder collects real-time rotor position data and feeds back to driver for closed-loop correction
- Built-in thermal resistance monitors winding temperature, trigger driver overheat protection when temperature exceeds limit
Material Composition & Structural Characteristics
- Motor Housing: Die-cast aluminum alloy with black oxidation anti-corrosion coating
- Rotor: High-performance rare earth neodymium iron boron permanent magnet
- Stator Winding: High-temperature resistant enameled copper wire, Class 155 insulation
- Shaft: High-strength 45# steel quenched and tempered, wear-resistant surface treatment
- Encoder Shell: Sealed plastic dust-proof housing, waterproof silicone sealing ring
Installation Requirements
- Standard flange surface mounting, use 4 M4 fixing bolts evenly tightened to avoid flange deformation
- Flexible coupling must be installed between motor shaft and load shaft to avoid rigid connection radial force damage bearing
- Cable wiring must reserve bending radius ≥10 times cable outer diameter, do not pull cable hard during installation
- Install heat dissipation gap around motor housing, do not wrap motor with heat insulation materials
Application Scenarios
- PCB dispensing automatic equipment
- Small SMT chip mounter feeding axis
- Precision packaging labeling machine positioning axis
- Mini CNC engraving machine feed drive
- Electronic product testing equipment motion platform
Usage Precautions
- Do not overload peak torque for more than 3 seconds continuously, permanent magnet may demagnetize
- Avoid water splashing on shaft output end; install waterproof protective cover in humid workshop
- Regularly check coupling fastening state every 3 months to prevent loose positioning deviation
- Do not disassemble encoder rear cover without professional tools, will lose absolute zero position data
