Structural Characteristics​

All-in-one CPU, power and I/O design. 40-input group and 40-relay-output group arranged in common terminals. Removable terminal blocks simplify wiring and replacement. Integrated LED status indicators for input, output and run/alarm states.

Working Principle​

The CPU reads 24 V DC input states through optically isolated input circuits, executes the stored ladder/structured program, updates internal devices and energizes relay output contacts according to logic results. Timing, counting and communication functions are handled in scan cycles with battery-backed memory and real-time clock support.

Installation Requirements​

Mount on 35 mm DIN rail or direct panel with adequate spacing for heat dissipation. Use 100 to 240 V AC supply with proper grounding. Torque terminal screws to manufacturer values. Keep DC sensor supply within 600 mA total external load. Install surge suppression for highly inductive output loads.

Usage Precautions​

Do not exceed 2 A per output point and common-group current limits. Relay outputs are not suitable for high-frequency pulse, PWM or servo stepping. Replace backup battery before memory loss occurs. Avoid installation in high humidity, corrosive atmosphere or excessive vibration unless enclosure protection is added.
