Working Principle
Rack main controller transmits target setpoint data via ACN backplane bus to module internal 32-bit processing chip. Digital setpoint values convert to stable 4–20 mA analog current signals through 16-bit DAC circuits, isolated analog output circuits transmit control signals to field valve positioners and VFD equipment. Per-channel hardware monitoring circuits detect load short-circuit and overload conditions, automatically cut off channel output and trigger front panel fault LED; channel resumes normal output after load fault elimination.

Operation & Maintenance Precautions
