  • Modular communication options for seamless integration into modern automation networks
Application Scenarios: High-speed packaging lines, intralogistics systems, material handling equipment, multi-axis synchronized machinery requiring rapid acceleration and precise positioning.
Working Principle: The inverter converts the incoming three-phase AC mains to a regulated DC bus, then synthesizes a variable-frequency, variable-voltage AC output to drive the motor. A high-performance DSP runs the servo control algorithm, processing encoder/resolver feedback to deliver precise speed, torque, and position control. The axis bus enables direct cross-communication between multiple drives for synchronized motion without overloading the central PLC.
Installation Requirements: Install inside a ventilated control cabinet with vertical orientation, ensuring adequate spacing for heat dissipation. Separate power wiring from control wiring; ground shields properly. Provide the external 24 V DC control supply. For multi-axis systems, connect the axis bus across drives.
Usage Precautions: Must be installed in an IP20-rated enclosure for indoor use only. Ensure the external brake resistor is properly sized if regenerative braking energy exceeds the internal brake chopper capacity. Verify that the chosen communication module is correctly seated. STO functionality must be properly wired and validated to achieve the desired safety integrity level.
