Description

Working Principle

  1. Three-phase AC mains input passes EMI filter, rectifier bridge to generate DC bus voltage
  2. Intelligent IGBT power inverter converts DC bus to variable frequency/variable amplitude three-phase AC output for servo motor stator winding
  3. Real-time encoder feedback signal fed back to internal DSP motion controller, closed-loop PID position/velocity/torque triple-loop operation
  4. Built-in digital logic executes motion profiles, electronic gearing, cam curve interpolation and safety interlock logic simultaneously
  5. Communication bus receives motion commands from upper PLC/IPC, uploads motor status, fault codes and real-time torque data to host controller

Installation Standards

  1. Mount vertically inside standard IP54 industrial control cabinet, minimum 50mm clearance above and below drive for airflow
  2. Install on rigid steel panel, 4 M6 mounting bolts with anti-vibration rubber gaskets
  3. Power cable cross-section ≥10mm² copper wire, shielded motor cable with 360° metal cable gland shielding
  4. Separate power wiring and signal wiring routing; maintain ≥20cm spacing to avoid interference
  5. Cabinet cooling fan required to keep internal cabinet temperature below 45°C under full load
  6. Earth drive chassis to cabinet protective ground bus with 4mm² ground wire

Usage & Maintenance Notes

  1. Power on sequence: Input AC power first, then enable servo drive control signal; power down reverse order
  2. Do not disconnect motor encoder cable while drive is energized to avoid feedback circuit damage
  3. Regularly clean cooling fan and heat sink fins every 6 months to remove dust accumulation
  4. Avoid frequent continuous peak overload operation exceeding 3-second limit to extend IGBT service life
  5. Store spare drives in dry environment with temperature 0–30°C, humidity <70%
  6. After power fault shutdown, wait minimum 5 minutes for DC bus capacitor discharge before opening cabinet cover
