FC-SCNT01 is SIL2 certified pulse counter input module for Honeywell Safety Manager SIS system, receiving high-speed pulse signal output from flow meter, encoder, turbine meter field equipment. It realizes pulse frequency accumulation, instantaneous flow rate calculation and pulse loss fault diagnosis core functions, used for safety flow measurement and rotation speed over-limit interlock loops.

Installation Requirements
- Slide into FC-RPB2N12 backplane standard slot and lock front panel buckle
- Pulse signal wiring use shielded twisted pair cable, cable shielding layer single-point grounded at cabinet ground row
- Pulse cable wiring maintain minimum 20cm separation distance with AC power cable to avoid pulse signal interference
- Reserve 20mm vertical ventilation gap between adjacent modules
- Cabinet internal dust filter replaced every 3 months
Usage Precautions
- Do not input AC sine wave signal to pulse channel, will cause permanent sampling circuit burnout
- Set pulse input signal voltage within 10–30VDC standard range, over-voltage trigger channel lockout protection
- Complete pulse counting calibration test after module replacement or flow meter maintenance
- Do not hot-swap module during flow safety interlock automatic operation cycle
- Ambient temperature exceeding +65℃ will cause high-frequency pulse sampling data loss
