Working Principle:
For temperature inputs, the module receives微弱 voltage/resistance signals from thermocouples and RTDs, amplifies them through precision signal conditioning circuits with cold junction compensation, and converts them to digital values via a 16-bit ADC. For 4-20 mA inputs, the module converts current to voltage through a 250 Ω resistor, performs A/D conversion, and simultaneously extracts HART digital communication packets superimposed on the analog loop.
