The module receives analog/digital signals transmitted from on-site sensors and actuators, converts physical signals into standard digital signals through internal signal conditioning circuits. The built-in processing unit executes preset control logic, completes data calculation and judgment, and transmits valid data to the upper DCS controller via the system bus. Meanwhile, it receives control commands from the host, converts them into executable electrical signals and outputs to field equipment to realize closed-loop automatic control.
