Working Principle

Two groups of speed sensor pulse signals are transmitted to two independent input channels of the module. Each channel adopts independent signal conditioning, isolation and frequency-to-speed conversion circuits to calculate real-time rotational speed. The built-in processing unit compares the measured speed with preset threshold values separately. Once any channel triggers over-speed, under-speed or line break fault, the corresponding alarm indicator lights up and the matched relay acts to output trip or interlock signals. Two channels work independently without mutual interference, forming redundant protection for key equipment. All operating data is displayed locally and uploaded to upper control system.

Installation Requirements
  1. Fix firmly on 35 mm standard DIN rail, ensure no shaking under equipment vibration.
  2. Keep sufficient spacing between modules for heat dissipation.
  3. Classify wiring strictly by channel number, power supply and signal type.
  4. Use shielded cables for sensor signal lines and ground the shielding layer single-ended.
  5. Do not install in areas with direct heat radiation and corrosive media.
Usage Notes
  1. Forbid operation beyond rated electrical and temperature parameters.
  2. Do not open the enclosure during powered operation.
  3. Inspect wiring tightness and channel status indicators on a regular basis.
  4. When replacing sensors or cables, cut off channel power first.
  5. If one channel fails, stop the corresponding equipment for inspection immediately.
  6. Keep the module surface clean to guarantee stable heat dissipation.
