Structural Features

Functional Characteristics

Working Principle
The built-in UV sensor captures ultraviolet radiation generated by combustion, converts optical signal into electrical signal; the internal circuit amplifies, judges and processes the signal, and drives the relay to act to output corresponding control and alarm signals.

Installation Requirements
- Install at the position where flame can be directly detected, optical path no shelter.
- Fix with special mounting bracket, keep the equipment horizontal or vertical.
- Use insulated cable for power and signal wiring, do not mix with high-power cable.
- Reliable grounding is required.
Usage Notes
- Clean the detection window regularly to remove dust and carbon accumulation.
- Do not disassemble the sealed shell at will, which will damage internal components.
- Test flame detection function periodically according to maintenance regulations.
- Stop using immediately if signal is abnormal or response fails.
