Product Short Description

Product Introduction The EPRO MMS6220 is a dual-channel eccentricity monitoring module from the MMS 6000 machine monitoring system family. It processes radial shaft vibration signals from eddy current sensors to measure eccentricity peak-to-peak values and minimum/maximum gap distances. Equipped with an integrated microcontroller, the module performs signal evaluation, data recording, and self-diagnostic functions, and supports configuration and data readout via serial communication interfaces.

  • Ensure proper mating with backplane connectors
  • Connect shielded sensor cables to corresponding input terminals
  • Provide stable DC power supply within specified voltage range
  • Maintain ambient temperature within operating limits

Operating Notes

  • Configure parameters via RS232 interface using dedicated configuration software
  • Perform periodic sensor and module calibration to ensure accuracy
  • Verify proper grounding to avoid electromagnetic interference
  • Do not exceed maximum input voltage levels to prevent circuit damage
