Working Principle
Each channel contains independent surge suppression, optocoupler isolation and HART signal separation circuits; analog 4–20mA measurement signals and HART digital diagnostic data are separately transmitted to paired DeltaV high-density AI function cards, supporting simultaneous multi-transmitter asset management diagnostics via AMS software.

Installation Requirements
All field instrument cables must use shielded twisted pair wiring; cable shield grounding point concentrated at control cabinet internal terminal bar only, no multiple grounding points to eliminate ground loop noise
