Working Principle
Digital logic signals from DeltaV DO function cards trigger internal solid-state switching circuits (optocoupler isolated triac/MOSFET) to connect/disconnect field load power supply, achieving on/off discrete equipment control. Short-circuit current triggers channel fuse protection without affecting adjacent output channels.
