Working Principle
Field sensor 4–20 mA signal enters terminal block independent channel circuits, surge suppression components absorb instantaneous overvoltage interference from field long wiring, current signal transmits to DeltaV analog input card via internal gold-plated bus contacts. Independent micro-fuse cuts off single-channel overcurrent fault to avoid spreading damage to DCS main control card circuit.

Operation & Usage Precautions
- When replacing blown channel fuses, only use Emerson original matched current rating fuses
- Do not mix analog signal wiring with AC 220 V power wiring on same terminal block row
- Avoid conductive dust accumulation on terminal block metal contacts, clean with dry compressed air semi-annually
