Working Principle
S600+ acquires real-time differential pressure, process temperature and line static pressure signals from field transmitters via analog inputs. Onboard processor executes standardized gas thermodynamic correction algorithms to compensate raw differential pressure flow values for fluid density changes caused by pressure and temperature fluctuations. Unit continuously accumulates total flow volumes and logs all measurement, alarm and configuration data to non-volatile flash memory; processed flow data is output via analog or digital communication to SCADA host systems.
