- Stainless steel: Max. 4960 kPa / 49.6 bar @ 38°C
- Minimum temperature limit for carbon steel valves: -29°C (-20°F)
Material Composition:
- Body: Carbon steel (ASTM A216-WCB/WCC) or Stainless steel (ASTM A351-CF8M)
- Seats: PTFE/PFA copolymer or carbon fiber reinforced PTFE
- Ball: Floating ball design
- Stem seals: PTFE, fire-safe graphite
- Auxiliary body seal: Flexible graphite
Structural Features: Unibody construction, floating ball design, fire-safe options available. Sizes range from DN 15 to DN 40 (NPS ½ to 1½).
Application Scenarios: Industrial isolation applications in process plants, chemical, oil & gas, power generation facilities.
Installation & Usage Notes: During installation, torque specifications must be followed for body insert bolts. For fire-safe valves, carefully inspect the fire-safe lip to ensure no nicks or defects before assembly. Lubricate the ball surface with lubricant suitable for the service conditions. All valves are factory tested; no additional on-site testing is required. Spare parts inventory typically corresponds to approximately 10% of installed valves. Actuators or other accessories can be added with factory-set speed control.
