Original factory replacement spare assembly dedicated to Emerson DeltaV distributed control platform, responsible for conditioning, filtering and galvanic isolation of 4–20mA process signals transmitted between DeltaV I/O cards and field process transmitters. Factory calibrated single integrated unit without disassembly allowed.

Working Principle
Field two-wire transmitters draw loop current proportional to physical process variables, current signal enters assembly’s isolated power and conditioning circuit, filtered analog signal converted to digital value via internal ADC chip, digital diagnostic and measurement data uploaded to DeltaV controller through rack backplane serial bus.

Usage Precautions
- Do not disassemble sealed epoxy isolation components, voids factory calibration warranty
- No overloading single channel above 22mA DC loop current
- Store spare units within 10°C ~ 30°C temperature range, avoid direct sunlight exposure
- Replace assembly immediately upon persistent channel fault flag reported by DeltaV operator station
