Working Principle

Field analog signals from temperature, pressure and flow sensors access individual isolated channels. Signals undergo amplification, filtering and impedance matching, then are converted into digital signals via high-precision AD chips. Digital data is encoded and transmitted to the DCS main controller through the backplane bus. The onboard detection circuit monitors signal status in real time and outputs fault alarms once abnormal conditions are detected.

  1. Cut off rack power supply before module disassembly, assembly and wiring operations
