Working Principle

Multi-channel pressure and temperature analog signals from compressor transmitters are converted to digital values via internal 16-bit ADC; main microprocessor compares real-time operating parameters with user-set pressure/temperature threshold values, executes PID closed-loop capacity regulation algorithm to control loading/unloading solenoid valves via relay outputs. The regulator records continuous running data, monitors fault conditions including over-temperature, low oil pressure and motor overload, triggers relay alarm outputs upon threshold crossing, and uploads all operating data to upper monitoring system through Modbus RTU bus.
