Working Principle
After receiving output control commands from XC PLC via XIOC bus, the module’s drive chip controls the conduction of each channel’s MOSFET transistor to output 24 V DC voltage to field actuators. Each output channel integrates independent current sampling protection circuit; when load current exceeds 0.35 A, the channel is automatically locked off to avoid burnout. The optocoupler isolates PLC internal control circuit from field load circuit to prevent surge voltage generated by inductive loads from damaging the main controller.

Installation Requirements

Operation & Maintenance Precautions
- Forbid parallel multiple inductive loads on a single channel to avoid exceeding 0.3 A current limit
- Do not directly drive large contactors with coil current exceeding 0.3 A; must add intermediate relays
- Check output channel load current regularly to prevent long-term near-limit load accelerating transistor aging
