Working Principle
Field 24 V DC switch signals pass through optocoupler isolation circuits of each channel, converting on-off electrical signals into digital logic levels recognizable by the module’s communication chip. The module packages all 16-channel signal status data into XIOC bus protocol frames and transmits them to the main XC PLC controller in real time. Built-in RC filter circuit delays signal identification for 0.5 ms to filter jitter signals generated by mechanical switch bounce. If reverse voltage or overvoltage occurs at the input terminal, the channel protection circuit automatically cuts off the signal path to avoid damage to internal chips.

Operation & Maintenance Precautions
