  • Certifications: CE, UL, EAC, KC, UKCA
Functional Features:
  • Modular design with 4 plug-in expansion slots supporting EtherCAT/POWERLINK and various encoder interfaces (EnDat 2.2, Hiperface, Resolver).
  • Integrated C3-class line filter, brake resistor, and electronic safety restart interlock (PLd compliant).
  • All connections use plug-in connectors for easy wiring.
Application Scenarios: CNC machining centers, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, robot joint drives, high-speed packaging and printing lines, injection molding machines, extruders, and textile machinery.
Working Principle: The drive converts the three-phase AC mains into a regulated DC bus via a rectifier, then uses IGBTs with selectable PWM switching frequencies to synthesize a variable-frequency, variable-voltage three-phase output. A vector control algorithm regulates the current to precisely control the connected servo motor’s torque, speed and position.
Installation Requirements:
  • Mount vertically in a control cabinet with adequate ventilation; allow clearance for heat dissipation.
  • Connect the three-phase AC input, 24 VDC control supply, and motor output via the specified plug-in connectors.
  • Insert optional communication/encoder modules into the 4 expansion slots as needed.
  • Ensure proper grounding and PE connection.
Usage Precautions:
  • Observe the derating curves: continuous current decreases with rising ambient temperature and altitude above 500 m.
  • Do not exceed the maximum motor cable length (25 m at 20 kHz switching frequency).
  • The integrated brake resistor can reach high temperatures during operation—ensure adequate spacing from other components.
  • The electronic safety restart interlock must be properly wired to prevent unintended startup.
