Working Principle:

The motor follows the working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The high-power servo drive outputs three-phase variable frequency AC to the stator winding to generate a rotating magnetic field, which drives the rotor permanent magnet to rotate and output large mechanical torque. The built-in absolute encoder collects real-time position and speed data and feeds it back to the drive to form a closed-loop control system, realizing precise regulation of speed, position and torque. The multi-point temperature detection system monitors the temperature of each part of the winding in real time. When the temperature exceeds the threshold, the system will automatically reduce power or stop operation to protect the motor. The reserved brake interface can be connected with an external electromagnetic brake to realize reliable locking after power failure.

Installation Requirements:
  1. Adopt heavy-duty flange installation, the base must have sufficient bearing capacity and rigidity
  2. Use high-strength bolts for fixing, and perform anti-loosening treatment
  3. The coaxiality between motor shaft and load must be strictly guaranteed to avoid eccentric load
  4. Use special high-power shielded cables for wiring, and do not share cables with weak current signals
  5. Leave sufficient ventilation and heat dissipation space around the motor; forced heat dissipation can be equipped in high-temperature environment
Usage Notes:
  1. Strictly prohibit long-term overload and locked-rotor operation
  2. Regularly check the fastening state of the mounting bolts and the wear of the shaft parts
  3. It is forbidden to work in the environment with serious dust, oil pollution and corrosive gas for a long time
  4. Cut off the total power supply before disassembly, maintenance and wiring
  5. When matching external brakes, follow the parameter matching requirements strictly
  6. Once abnormal sound, vibration or sharp temperature rise is found, stop the machine for troubleshooting immediately
