Working Principle:

This product adopts permanent magnet synchronous servo motor control principle. The servo drive outputs adjustable frequency and voltage three-phase AC to the stator winding to generate a rotating magnetic field, which drives the permanent magnet rotor to rotate and output mechanical torque. The built-in absolute encoder collects the real-time position, speed and rotation angle of the rotor, and feeds back data to the upper servo drive to form a full closed-loop control. The control system adjusts the output electrical parameters in real time according to the operating commands, so as to complete high-precision speed regulation, positioning and torque output. The temperature sensor monitors the internal temperature in real time and triggers protection action when over temperature occurs.

Installation Requirements:
  1. Use standard flange for fixed installation, ensure the mounting base has sufficient rigidity
  2. Strictly control the coaxiality between motor shaft and load shaft to prevent additional shear force
  3. Install wiring in accordance with the standard phase sequence, and do not mix power line and signal line
  4. The surrounding environment shall be kept ventilated, and heat accumulation is prohibited
  5. For long-distance transmission, use shielded cables for encoder signal lines
Usage Notes:
  1. Long-term operation under rated load is allowed; continuous overload operation is prohibited
  2. Regularly inspect the sealing performance of the motor and the wear of the shaft keyway
  3. Avoid working in environments with high temperature, high humidity and corrosive gas for a long time
  4. Do not disassemble the motor body and internal encoder privately
  5. Cut off the power supply completely before maintenance and wiring operation
  6. If abnormal vibration or noise occurs during operation, stop the machine for inspection immediately
