Working Principle:
The module is oriented to high-speed pulse and differential signals of motion control equipment. It captures high-frequency pulse signals from encoders and servo equipment in real time, processes and synchronizes the signals, and uploads them to the motion control unit. After the control unit calculates the motion commands, the module converts the commands into high-speed pulse signals and outputs them to servo drivers to realize precise motion control of mechanical axes.

Installation Requirements:
- Mount on standard 35 mm DIN rail, installed in the inner area of control cabinet away from frequency converters
- High-frequency signal lines must use dedicated shielded twisted-pair cables
- The shielding layer of all signal cables shall be single-point grounded at the cabinet grounding bar
- Ensure good ventilation around the module to avoid heat accumulation
- Do not install near equipment generating strong electromagnetic radiation
Usage Notes:
- Prohibit overloading the signal channel beyond the rated frequency and current
- Power off before replacing and wiring the module
- Avoid bending high-frequency signal cables excessively to prevent signal attenuation
- Keep the module surface clean and free of conductive dust
- Use the matched official configuration software for parameter setting
