Working Principle:
The module receives analog and digital signals from on-site sensors and actuators, performs isolation, amplification and shaping processing through internal circuits, and transmits standard signals to the B&R main controller. The controller issues control commands which are converted and output by this module to drive on-site equipment. Each channel is equipped with an independent protection circuit to cut off the faulty channel automatically when abnormal current occurs.

Installation Requirements:
- Install on standard 35 mm DIN rail in industrial control cabinet
- The combined installation gap between modules shall be kept at 0 mm (snap-fit installation)
- The cabinet shall be equipped with dust-proof and ventilation devices
- Connect protective grounding wire to the module grounding terminal compulsorily
- Signal cables and power cables shall be routed separately with a spacing ≥ 15 cm
Usage Notes:
- Do not use sharp tools to scratch the shell and terminal contacts
- The operating environment is strictly prohibited from condensation and liquid immersion
- Software configuration must use the version matching REV.C0 hardware
- Do not modify internal circuits or replace components without official permission
- Regularly tighten terminal screws every 3 months to prevent poor contact
