Installation Requirements
- Process cabinet door cutout strictly according to 136 × 78 mm dimension, cutout edge burrs fully polished smooth to avoid damaging sealing gasket
- Install four rear mounting clamps evenly, tighten thumb screws to torque 0.7 Nm ±0.2 Nm to maintain uniform sealing pressure around front panel
- Cabinet door mounting surface flatness error ≤1 mm overall, surface roughness Ra <1.6 μm to guarantee IP65 sealing performance
- All communication and power cables twisted pair wiring, pass cable through ferrite core (3 turns) to suppress electromagnetic noise from inverters

Operation & Maintenance Precautions

- Do not plug/unplug USB disk under heavy production vibration environment; loose USB connection causes project data corruption

- Backlight brightness will gradually attenuate after long-term operation; replace display module when screen brightness is lower than 50% original luminance
- Avoid splashing strong alkaline/acidic cleaning liquid directly onto front panel during equipment cleaning
