Functional Features:
- Built-in PID controller for closed-loop process control
- Auto-tuning function for motor parameter identification
- Energy-saving mode with automatic V/F optimization
- Soft start/soft stop to reduce mechanical stress
- Multiple speed presets (up to 16 preset speeds)
- Fault history log with up to 10 recent fault records
- Sleep/wake function for energy conservation during idle periods
Working Principle:
The drive rectifies incoming AC power to DC using a diode bridge rectifier, then uses IGBT inverter switches to synthesize variable-frequency, variable-voltage AC output. The PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technique controls motor speed by adjusting output frequency and voltage ratio.
Advantages:
- Compact footprint saves panel space
- Integrated PID eliminates need for external controller
- Sensorless vector control provides good torque at low speeds
- User-friendly keypad with LED display
Applicable Industries:
HVAC, water/wastewater pumping, industrial fans, compressors, material handling
Installation Requirements:
- Mount vertically on a flat, vibration-free surface
- Maintain minimum 100mm clearance above and below for ventilation
- Use shielded cable for motor connection (max 50m recommended)
- Ground the drive chassis and motor frame
Usage Notes:
- Perform motor auto-tuning before first operation
- Do not exceed rated current continuously
- Install input reactor if power supply has high harmonic distortion
- Check braking resistor requirement for high-inertia loads
